Starting to exercise can be overwhelming, especially if you are new to exercising or if you experience pain on a daily basis. My interest in physical therapy and corrective exercise techniques allows me to work with people that experience a wide variety of limitations; whether they are structural (knee, shoulder or back pain, arthritis etc... ) or self imposed (“I can’t”).
