I started training with Corina in February 2013. My modest goals were to increase strength, improve posture and generally become more fit. Frankly, exercise seemed like a necessary chore that we all have to embrace as we get older.

"Corina Calin has been my personal trainer for one year.  During that time I have succeeded in ways that are surprising to me.  I have lost weight (23 lbs) have generally become much more fit and my tolerance for stress has definitely improved, and my nutritional habits are ... well more healthy.  Karina's methodology is very consistent and she gives clear directions and is very patient as I develop greater comfort and confidence in my exercise routine. 

She combines both strength and cardio exercises by focusing on "total body" exercises that maximize benefits by addressing a greater number of muscles all at the same time.

My workouts are 45 minutes long and while that does not sound very long, high intensity efforts don't require a lot of time.
